Our cozy one bedroom apartment includes everything you need to relax: beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, outdoor relaxation area. Although not beachfront, you will be just 275 steps to the prettiest stretch of beach on the Grand Strand, minutes away from excellent restaurants, shopping and world-class golf. The space Our ground floor apartment was recently updated in 2024. Everything is in excellent condition and ready for your arrival! Guest access You will have complete access and privacy in your own ground floor, one bedroom apartment with a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Parking is right outside your entrance, making unloading and packing a breeze. The upstairs unit is currently empty, however the owners may drop by from time to time to perform yard and home maintenance, as needed. Other things to note Our cozy little retreat is just steps to one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the grand strand. Situated in the crescent-shaped "magnolia beach" of Pawleys Island, we have everything you need for an enjoyable day at the beach - cooler and ice packs, beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels.
