Enjoy the privacy and comfort of a full property to yourself, with 8 bedrooms, 16 beds, and 8.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom: 7 attached and 1 detached. The 16 beds include 2 rollaway beds or air mattresses, available with at least 48 hours’ notice. The space 🛏️ Bedrooms & Comfort Our home features 8 beautifully furnished bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom: 7 are ensuite or attached, and Bedroom 6 has a detached private bathroom. The 16-bed total includes 14 sleeping surfaces in the bedrooms and 2 rollaway beds or air mattresses available upon request at least 48 hours in advance. Bedroom 1 (primary suite, ensuite): 1 king bed, 1 queen sofa bed and 1 twin sofa bed. Bedroom 2 (ensuite): 1 king bed and 2 twin beds in a daybed setup. Bedroom 3 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 4 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 5 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 6 (detached private bathroom): 1 king bed and 2 twin beds in a bunk-bed setup. Downstairs: Bedroom 7 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Bedroom 8 (ensuite): 1 king bed. Living room: a sofa, plus the 2 rollaway beds or air mattresses noted above. Please request these at least 48 hours in advance. Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring fresh linens and a relaxing atmosphere after a day of Vegas excitement. The bathrooms are stocked with essentials, so everyone can get ready with ease. 🎮 Entertainment for Everyone Enjoy hours of fun with arcade games 🕹️, group bonding with board games 🎲, a friendly challenge at the pool table 🎱, or outdoor activities on the pickleball court and mini golf course ⛳️. On warm days, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or relax poolside. There’s plenty for your group to enjoy together. 🛋️ Spacious Living & Dining Gather in the living area with comfortable seating, a TV 📺, and Wi-Fi. The equipped kitchen 🍳 has cooking basics and a coffee maker ☕️, with dining space indoors and out. 🚗 Private Stay & Parking Enjoy an entire-home stay with free parking on the property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Backyard & outdoor kitchen The pool and other backyard areas are complete. A full outdoor kitchen is a future project. No construction will take place during your stay. BBQ grill A propane BBQ grill is available. The grill is not routinely maintained, so please clean it before and after use and refill the propane if needed. Pool heating Pool heating costs $150 per day and must be paid for the entire stay. Please request it at least 5 days in advance. Heating takes 24–48 hours and must be scheduled. Cleaning & optional preparation The cleaning fee is $450. For an additional $100, we can arrange a cleaning crew to prepare the BBQ grill, refill the propane if needed, and give the outdoor furniture an additional cleaning. Decorative slot machine The slot machine is for decoration only. Please do not insert money; we are not responsible for payouts or money-related issues. Trash collection Trash is collected on Saturday morning. Please move the bins to the curb on Friday night and return them after collection. If you cannot do this, please let us know so we can help. If the bins are not out by Friday night, we may stop by without prior notice to move them to the curb. The bins may be stored inside the garage. Parking The driveway accommodates up to 6 cars. Please contact us for permission and instructions if you plan to bring more than 6 vehicles. Mail & deliveries We do not have access to the mailbox. Please do not have items shipped to the property. Sunken fire pit The sunken fire pit does not have an active flame for safety reasons. We will update this note when it is safe to use. Exterior cameras Exterior security cameras are installed for safety. Routine maintenance Pool and yard maintenance are scheduled once a week, so you may see maintenance staff working during your stay.
