YOUR BACKYARD HANGOUT Spend sunny afternoons in the private pool, bring out the cornhole for some friendly competition, and fire up the barbecue for dinner outdoors. With outdoor dining, a seating area, and a fire pit, the backyard is made for easy afternoons that turn into relaxed evenings. GATHER & CONNECT Enjoy meals around the indoor dining table or take the gathering outside. Whether you’re traveling with kids, catching up with friends, or planning a group getaway, there’s space to share meals, play, and unwind. Other things to note • The pool is unheated; water temperature varies with the weather and season. • Children of all ages are welcome! Please keep a close eye on your little ones, especially around the pool, where constant adult supervision is required. House Rules: All house rules are expected to be followed. Failing to do so may result in additional fees. 1. Parking: Parking is available in the driveway and on the street in front of the home. 2. Respect the Peace—No Parties: Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Keeping noise levels down, especially during these hours, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints or additional fines. We use non-recording noise monitors to assist in enforcing this rule. Our city has strict noise ordinances which can incur up to $2500 fine, which would be billed to the primary guest on file. 3. Smoke-Free Stay: Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment. We have smoke monitors within the home which will notify us if smoke is detected. This will result in an additional charge of $400 for odor removal. Please smoke outside away from the home and the covered patio. 4. No Extra Guests: No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. The maximum allowed guests onsite at any time is 8. 5. Pet Policy: No pets. Presence of pets will incur a $150 charge. ESA are not considered service animals in the state of Arizona. 6. Pool Safety: Please ensure that, without exception, children are supervised at all times while using the pool. 7. Pool equipment: Please do not tamper with any pool equipment.
