What Makes This Suite Unique: Privacy. The suite is a self-contained lower level with its own entrance and no shared spaces. You get two real bedrooms, your own bathroom and a kitchenette for breakfast and snacks, all a few minutes from the sand at Poleg Beach. The Poleg area is known for the family-friendly beach, the Ir Yamim Mall and the quiet, residential streets. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 5): Bedroom 1: Two twin beds that can be pushed together, plus a crib. Bedroom 2: A bunk bed (sleeps 2), a single bed and a second crib. One full bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. Kitchenette: Sink, refrigerator and cabinets for simple meals and snacks. There is no cooktop or oven, so plan on eating out or picking up ready food from the mall and nearby restaurants. Comfort: Air conditioning, fresh white linens and towels, and a private entrance for quiet arrivals and departures. Pets are welcome (up to 2, pet fee applies). Good to Know: This is a garden-level (lower floor) suite with smaller windows than an upper floor, so it stays cool and quiet. The upper floors of the house are private and not part of the rental, and nobody lives there, so the suite is quiet and entirely yours. One street parking spot is available in front of the house, and only one car can be accommodated. Netanya and Poleg Location: The suite sits in Ir Yamim, the quiet southern beach neighborhood of Netanya. Poleg Beach, the Ir Yamim Mall with its supermarket, restaurants and cafes, and the local synagogues are all a short walk away. The Poleg nature reserve is close by, and the Coastal Highway (Route 2) gets you to Tel Aviv in about 25 to 30 minutes outside of rush hour. Netanya city center, the Kikar and the cliff-top promenade are a short drive or bus ride north. Guest access Private access to the entire lower-level suite through your own separate entrance: both bedrooms, the bathroom, the kitchenette and the hallway. The suite is fully self-contained and you never need to enter the main house. The upper floors of the house are private and not part of the rental.
