Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated, but other times it is drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. Parking (Douglas County): Maximum of 6 vehicles (3 covered spaces in the garage and under the overhang, 3 spaces on the driveway). Park only in the garage, under the overhang or on the driveway; no street parking. Vehicles parked in the driveway must display a parking placard on the dashboard. Keep vehicles within the designated spaces and clear of snow storage areas during snow removal. Failure to follow these parking limitations may result in a citation and/or a fine of $500.
