NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. SMART TV INFO All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible.
