The space Designed with gathering and relaxation in mind, this spacious home offers an open-concept first floor with a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Large gathering spaces and comfortable furnishings create an inviting atmosphere for spending time together. Step outside to enjoy the covered patio, multiple porches, and private swimming pool surrounded by professionally maintained landscaping. The outdoor spaces provide plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach. Sleeping Arrangements - First Floor: One King bedroom - Second Floor: One King bedroom - Second Floor: Two Queen beds - Second Floor: Two Full-over-Full bunk beds, one with an additional Full trundle Bathrooms - Ground Floor: Half bath conveniently located near the pool - First Floor: One private bathroom and one hall-access half bath - Second Floor: One private bathroom and one shared-access bathroom Home Amenities - Private, professionally maintained swimming pool - Seasonal pool heat available (additional fees apply) - Fully equipped kitchen - Smart TVs throughout - High-speed internet - Central heating and air conditioning - Ceiling fans - Washer and dryer - Two exterior porches - Paved parking - Professionally landscaped grounds Guest access Guests will enjoy private access to the entire home, including all interior living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, porches, backyard, and private swimming pool. The property is exclusively yours during your reservation. The pool is professionally maintained, and occasional scheduled maintenance may take place during your stay. Other things to note Linens & Bed Setup Professional linens and bed setup are included with every reservation. Each bed is prepared prior to arrival. Pool Heating Seasonal pool heating is available for an additional fee during the following periods: - March 1 – June 1 - September 1 – November 1 Pool heat must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival and cannot be added after check-in. Pool heaters will not operate when outside temperatures fall below 55°F. Pool water typically reaches approximately 10–15 degrees above the surrounding air temperature, depending on weather conditions. Pets This home is pet friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs, with a 50-pound weight limit per dog. Additional pet fees apply. Security Cameras For property security, two exterior surveillance devices are located at the carport and front entrance. There are no interior cameras. Starter Supplies A small starter supply of essentials is provided, including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a small bar of soap at each sink, and one trash bag per trash receptacle. Guests are responsible for additional toiletries, paper products, detergents, seasonings, and personal supplies throughout their stay. House Rules - No smoking or vaping. - No parties or unauthorized gatherings. - Please respect the residential neighborhood and quiet hours.
