Due to the cozy size of the space, we welcome up to three pets * Welcome to your cozy camper retreat with a private outdoor oasis — perfect for relaxing, long stays, or enjoying Arizona evenings under the stars. When you enter the camper and turn to your right, you’ll step into the living room featuring a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa facing an electric fireplace and TV — perfect for cozy evenings. On the shelves and inside the cabinets, you’ll find books, magazines, games, puzzles, and linens for the sofa bed. From the living room, you step down into the kitchen and dining area, which comfortably seats four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for storing, cooking, and preparing meals, including a large fridge and freezer, four-burner gas stove with RV oven, convection microwave oven (great for warming, baking, and roasting if you’re not familiar with using an RV oven), toaster, coffee maker, blender, stainless steel pots and pans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and utensils. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll enter a full bathroom with a spacious shower/tub combination, plenty of storage, fresh towels, body wash, and shampoo. On the left side, there is a washer and dryer located behind a closet door. You will also find an iron and ironing board in the closet next to the shower. The last room is the bedroom, featuring a very comfortable queen-size bed with a mattress topper and cotton linens. There is plenty of storage throughout the camper, making it ideal for longer stays. When you step outside, you’ll enter your charming private outdoor living space. You’ll walk onto a wooden patio/deck with a comfortable outdoor couch to the right and a built-in bar/dining area for two. This space is fully covered by a pergola with a clear roof so you can enjoy the outdoors even on rainy days. Extending from the wooden deck is a concrete patio with a round table and four chairs — perfect for outdoor dinners. Toward the back of the property, you’ll find a cozy corner with two Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, ideal for relaxing evenings. The entire area is fully fenced, which is especially convenient if you’re traveling with your four-legged friend. Dogs are more than welcome here — they deserve a vacation too and will have space to roam freely and safely. We live on the other side of the fence in the main house, so we are nearby if you need anything, but you will still have your privacy during your stay. Other things to note * Cleaning Supplies * The cleaning supplies we use have no harsh chemicals and are usualy fragrance free (unless have natural oil aroma). * Laundry detergent * The laundry detergent we use for washing sheets and towels is fragrance free. * Internet * We do offer fast, relilable internet. * Quiet Hours * We do appreciate and respect our neighbors so we would like to ask for the same from our guests. Please no parties or loud behavior between 10pm and 7am. Thank you.
