Being a small town with historic structures and a river nearby the Town of Occoquan is an excellent place to play Pokemon Go! A lot of our guests are repeat visitors and expect a certain level of peacefulness. Therefore we strongly adhere to Airbnbs “No Party” rule. We have a strict NO pets rule because one of the owners has life threatening allergies. Should you book and bring a pet or indicate you have a pet we will have to have Airbnb cancel your reservation. We provide a few breakfast bars but we are sure you will find much better food options within the Town just outside the door.
