Aloha! The Waikiki Penthouse at The Seashore offers you a unique opportunity to stay at a very private top floor penthouse unit with a fantastic ocean view! The space The Waikiki Penthouse at The Seashore is a large exclusive two bedroom suite penthouse (interior: 867 square feet and a 280 square feet ocean view lanai). The unit is tastefully accented with retro Hawaiiana art and plantation shutters throughout. Air conditioned bedrooms and living room. Enjoy cool breezes from lanai. Guest access Guests access the entire Penthouse unit which includes: TV: There are three TVs including a 60” flat screen smart TV in the living room. You will have access to Spectrum cable TV as well as YouTube. Netflix is available using your own account access. The bedroom TVs are 32” flat screens with cable TV viewing. There is a DVD player with our library of DVD features including many children’s and foreign titles. WiFi/Phone: We have free telephone service for calls to and from the U.S. Mainland, Canada and Mexico. All other international calls will require your own account access or by international calling card. Guests have access to Free WiFi. Parking: 1 assigned parking stall in the building is included for guest parking only with this listing. Kitchens: Our unit is equipped with two kitchens, indoor and outdoor (lanai). There are two oven ranges, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker and an array of cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Many visitors to Hawaii get “sticker shock” at dining prices here as we are an island 2500 miles from the mainland. An option to eat at home is always economical. Washer/Dryer: There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with iron/ironing board. Office/Workspace: Should you need to put in some work during your stay, there is for your convenience an office desk space area. Other things to note Please note that this Penthouse unit is accessed by elevator to the 10th floor then up one flight of stairs (consisting of 12 steps) to unit. This unit is not wheelchair accessible and those persons who have difficulties climbing steps should reconsider renting. The building is an older building with a mixture of permanent residents and vacation renters. This is not a hotel with a front desk and room service. We offer a unique experience to stay at a very private Waikiki Penthouse, steps away from the beach and ocean, but we cannot give full services as a hotel would. Some past guests have commented about noise from the elevator motor and early morning garbage pickup in the street below. 1. The elevator motor is above the Penthouse and can be noisy. 2. The garbage trucks service neighboring hotels in the area and tend to come around 4 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot control either situations. Mahalo for your understanding.
