The space being rented is in the top unit of a two family townhouse, a Private, Spacious, Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 Bath apartment located in the Family friendly beach community of "Arverne by the Sea." A true Beach Lovers Dream. Private space, you have access to the entire apartment. Nicely decorated and fully furnished. Apt includes: Full kitchen, Gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Central AC & Heat, etc. Very comfortable Living room & Dining Area, free wifi & cable TV. The unit is Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, sunny, bright & private. Walk to beach and boardwalk at end of our block, shopping center and transportation around the corner. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Ample street parking. Located on beach block. Guest access Contact me for arrival instructions and self check in. We will forward the door security code the morning of your arrival. Beach and Boardwalk are at the end of the block, Supermarket & Shops 1 block away, playground, basketball courts, park, sprinklers, all 1 block away. Walking distance to boardwalk bars, restaurants, surfing, YMCA, transportation, etc. During your stay Host very helpful & accessible but will be out of your way. Happy to assist with any area recommendations, tips & guides. It is a 3 story two family townhouse with 2 separate apartments, one on the bottom floor and the other apartment on the top floor. Assistance available with airport pickup/drop off, tours, etc. for a separate fee. Other things to note Absolutely not a Party House, Residential family oriented Community. No smoking Booking Guests must be 25 years old & present valid ID No pets without prior approval. Absolutely not a party house or location for large groups, please keep noise and traffic reasonable. No parties, events or unregistered guests This is a residential HOA Community. Respecting the neighbors, home and surrounding community areas is required. Please be considerate of noise and traffic after 9pm. Quiet times are 9pm - 9am. Recycling and garbage receptacles will be provided, as well as bags. Please make sure to recycle and leave trash in appropriate bins outside. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in or around property. If smoking occurs, the full security deposit will be forfeited by occupants. Absolutely no illegal drug use of any kind in or around the property allowed, this will result in immediate removal and cancellation of your reservation. Check in standard time is 4:00 pm checkout firm at 11:00 am, However, occasionally we can be flexible, please communicate with us if you require different check in / check out times.
