Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times while outdoors. The pond is not fenced, and the dock does not have safety railings. The pond and dock are not intended for swimming or diving. Please use caution around the water and supervise children and anyone who is not a confident swimmer. As with any rural property, you may encounter uneven ground, native wildlife, insects, and natural vegetation while exploring the ranch. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear and enjoying the property responsibly.
