Lush grass and big trees. 5 min to walking/hiking trails, 30 Min to Ski Resorts, 20 min to Waterfall and river, close to shopping and great dining, and so much more! We strive to provide a 5-star experience with a start-up supply of laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The space This 6700sf open floor plan offers 6 gathering rooms, 6 bedrooms, office, 2 kitchens, 5 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces, fire pit, and hot tub. Easy access to hiking & walking trails, ski resorts, waterfalls, dining & shopping! The house sleeps 19, not including infants under 1. 1 King, 6 Queens, 4 Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Full pullout bed. No additional overnight guests. NO PARTIES! Please do not invite more people over. Guest access Entire home. No garage access. Other things to note The refundable security deposit is $1000, to be collected separately before check-in. We also have a rental agreement that we will send to be completed for each reservation. Sorry the cleaning fee is so high. Big house and thats what our cleaners charge us. An additional fee will be collected if house, etc. is dirtier than normal use and requires more cleaning time. Please make sure the number of Guests is correct. Any child over 12 months counts as a guest. We charge a $15 fee per night for any guest added after check in. We also charge a $1000 fee for Smoking or Vaping in or on the Property. NO SMOKING or VAPING anywhere on the property.
