Located in the beautiful Key Colony complex, this apartment in the Botánica building has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It's for seven people. A private beach, several pools, tennis courts and beautiful gardens for walking in. A 25 minute drive to South Beach and a 15 minute drive to Brickell. The space (1) A covered fixed garage included in the price. Room for just one car. Maximum size van type Toyota Sienna. Master suite - king size bed Second bedroom: two queen size beds. Third bedroom: one queen size bed. Guest access Key colony is a complex with several buildings. The Botanica building, where the unit is located, has its own swimming pool exclusively for use by the inhabitants of the building with an area for barbecuing. Then there is a second pool for the entire complex, just for swimming practice. And finally by the beach and bar, a third pool. It has several tennis courts, two of which are only for Botanica. There's a beauty salon, a cafe and a small supermarket. Plus a playground for kids. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach.
