Roku TV in the master and DIRECTV IN THE LIVING ROOM. Wii gaming system in the guest bedroom. We provide a fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet cook or the leisurely cook. There is also a propane stainless steel BBQ grill on the side patio. We provide bath and pool, towels toiletries, laundry detergent, dish soap, dish washer detergent, some sports equipment, back yard games, board games, coffee, tea, condiments, oil, vinegar, and spices. We provide a very clean home for you to relax and enjoy without any worries. There is also a community pool within a couple minutes walk. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE OR PATIO AREAS. A fee of $250 or the cost to remove the damage will be charged if smoke damage is evident. Guest access There are 3 community pools and 2 tennis courts to choose from that are in within a couple minutes walking distance.
