New luxury beach house on Balboa island!

This is a new luxury beach house in the center of Balboa Island over the bridge from Newport Beach. It is easy walking distance to everything! In 3 minutes you could be on the sand or in the quiet town shopping. Our house is 3 stories with 3 patios, 2 fireplaces, a master chef kitchen, family-sized professional washer & dryer, and 5 bathrooms. The space This is our private home and NOT a hotel. We only share it a few months out of the year, and when we're not sharing it, we're living down here. Some people expect an empty house, but this is far from the case. It's clean, but you can definitely tell that our huge family lives here and keeps our stuff here. Airbnb is about sharing your real home and that's exactly what we're doing :) This new property in the heart of Balboa Island and is 3 stories. The first story has a private garage, full kitchen, and family room with an Apple TV with Netflix, Hulu, Hbo etc. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom has a private full-sized outdoor gallery (stilted balcony), a fireplace, a tv, and a massive bathroom with a full-sized double bath. There are also two more bedrooms on this floor, each with their own private full bathrooms. The third flood has a loft with it's own bed, work station, and bathroom. It also has it's own 150 square-foot furnished patio. Balboa Island is quiet island with one busy small-town shopping street a minute's walk away. It has permanent bridge and a ferry for people, cars, and bikes. It is also only a few minutes drive from some of the largest shopping areas in the world. Guest access We only rent while we are out of town, so while we are away the house is all yours. We lock up a lot of our stuff in the closets, but there is still space for you to put your own things. Other things to note Please also know that Newport Beach charges a 10% tax on top of the listed amount for stays under 30 days.
