This home is in a great neighborhood in the Orange Tree Community in Clermont. Available for rent in a long-term basis. Since we are a Bed and Breakfast, your rent covers free breakfast and dinner every day. This is a non-smoking environment. You may have a mini-fridge in your room but you'll have access to the kitchen. All monthly payments include utilities . If you need a great place to live this is the place. Guests over 55 are welcome. The space The house is in the Four Corners area of Kissimmee, which means that it is away from the heavy traffic and tourists of Kissimmee but convenient to shopping, restaurants and easy routes to Orlando and Tampa. The room is in a 5 bedroom house and the owners live there as well. It is a bed and breakfast and breakfast and coffee is provided every morning.
