Great villa located in a gated beach community. Seabrook Island is in close proximity to the charming historic city of Charleston. The villa is newly rebuilt with all new appliances and furniture. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Villa has private screened porch with marsh view. Wildlife views are abundant. Great recreation for everyone in the family to enjoy. The villa community has a pool and access to nature trails and bike trails all over the island. The space Seabrook Island is a quaint coastal gem. The island is a gated community, careful to preserve wildlife and natural habitats. The island has plenty of space for biking, walking, basketball, swimming, kayaking, wildlife viewing, and lots of community events. Our condo overlooks a tidal marsh, great for lazy days of wildlife viewing. Our condo unit shared a quiet more serene pool surrounded by trees. The beach is about 1.5 miles from the condo, with parking, or great for a bike ride. Seabrook Island Club amenities not included. Access to Lake House for gym and indoor/outdoor pool can be arranged in advance of 72 hours request for $20 day. Master bedroom overlooks the marsh with queen bed and private bath. Living room has queen size fold out couch. Villa has private screened porch with view of the marsh. Villa has cable TV in all rooms, a DVD player, plus a washer and dryer. Linens and beach towels and chairs are provided. *Please note our family manages the condo. Our main home is about 20 minutes away from Seabrook. We stock and oversee the cleaning on most occasions unless we are traveling with our children's sports. If you find something is missing for your stay please send us a message and we will be glad to provide. We are also not a brand new construction condo. We have made upgrades with furniture, flooring and new paint with regular deep cleaning. We try to keep our condo affordable and are taking our time with major upgrades such as new counter tops so we can provide an affordable rental on a private island for all families to experience. If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful space surrounded by nature we are your place. If you are looking for a pristine state of the art villa with all new features there are many options on the island to fit your needs. We would love to host you and to provide a more local experience. We appreciate any communication to help us resolve any issue not earning a 5 star rating. Guest access The entire condo is for guests and is not shared by anyone other than the renters. Private bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Other things to note Our condo includes a neighborhood pool with free access. The Seabrook Island POA also has an inside and outside pool at the Lake House club and gym that can be accessed by fee of $15 day and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. This rental does not include Seabrook Island Club amenities such as Beach Club pool so we can provide more affordable pricing for guests. Gate passes cost $40 per car, charged by Seabrook Island. We cover one pass in the cost of the rental. Additional car passes will be charged $40.
