Cozy, home away from home, cabin near Pigeon Forge

Cozy Bear Cabin is 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, and an hour from Smoky Mountain National Park. Just off the road, Cozy Bear is accessible by car with room for up to two larger vehicles. Our cabin is not fancy, but it’s bright, open, and quiet. It’s a little older but provides a clean and comfortable getaway for couples and families. Enjoy the back deck, a hot tub, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a sleeper sofa, pool table, and close shops and a neighborhood pool. The space Bright, happy, quiet pet-friendly retreat from the noise and lights of Pigeon Forge, Cozy Bear Cabin is a wonderful place to rest after a busy day or just a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet in nature. The living space is open and bright with two large bedrooms, each with its own TV and electric fireplace. The master bedroom has a jetted tub; and up to 6 adults can enjoy the hot tub that is in an enclosed room off the dining room. The water will be fresh and clean with each new guest and is a wonderfully toasty place to relax and listen to the crickets and noises of the forest while you visit with friends and family. The fold-out sofa offers space for two additional people as well as a loveseat for a small guest. We also have a pack-n-play available, as well as a high chair, for our younger visitors. If guests smoke inside the cabin there is an automatic $250 additional cleaning charge. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pans, and utensils, so you can truly have a home-away-from-home experience. And just a quick 0.8 mile drive down the mountain there is a Dollar General with refrigerated foods and dried goods as well as several antique stores and general stores. No need to drive all the way into Pigeon Forge to get the things you need. The town of Townsend is only a couple miles down the road with additional shopping options for necessities and souvenirs. The General Store (just 2.5 miles away) is our personal favorite for gifts, souvenirs, and sweet treats! Less than three miles from Cozy Bear Cabin, there is a community pool and deli which offers free admission for guests of Cozy Bear Cabin as well as a large scenic pond where guests are invited to fish at no extra expense. The cabin has a key-less entry. There is no cable tv, but there is a Roku where our guests can login to use their own subscriptions. Guest access There is parking right in front of the cabin. If you park parallel to the cabin there will be room for up to two larger vehicles. Other things to note **The house is always properly maintained and cleaned before each guest arrives. In the unlikely event upon arrival, you find something amiss or if you have any concerns, please let us know immediately and we will promptly address these issues, as we strive to make every visit to Cozy Bear Cabin a wonderful and relaxing experience.
