This 1,700 sq ft condo has everything you need- three huge bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, patio with four chairs and a small round table, and high-speed wifi. Each bedroom has a private bathroom: one downstairs and two upstairs, plus a futon perfect for a child or adult. The mattresses are all mediums (not firm or soft). The front upstairs bedroom may receive some street traffic noise. For this reason, there is a ceiling fan and a floor fan to be used as white noise. All TVs except in the primary bedroom are smart TVs. The primary bedroom tv has a firestick for you to sign in to your apps. There is no free basic cable. Please remember to bring your sign in information for your subscriptions. We also appreciate if you would sign out from your personal subscriptions before leaving. Pets allowed on an exception basis.
