Cozy Private Room in Beautiful Miami

Clean and cozy room in quiet Kendall community. Second-floor private room with ensuite bathroom and balcony. Full access to private parking, pool and jacuzzi areas. Located in an excellent neighborhood for running/walking. Close to great shopping and entertainment locations, with easy access to major highways. Located near a variety of local restaurants and outdoor spaces. The space The room is located on the second floor of our Townhouse. Aside from the flatscreen TV and DVD player, there is a microwave, mini-fridge, toster and coffee maker for your convenience. During your stay I live in the Townhouse with my son. We're very respectful and quiet, and will not disturb you during your stay. We give our guests space but are available whenever needed. Other things to note The private bedroom is located on the second floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs. Please keep in mind that it is not wheelchair accessible or if you have heavy luggage. It is NOT suitable for guests getting procedures/surgeries and recovery.
