Free roundabout parking ON LOCATION! Walking/riding distance from two light rail stations, bars, restaurants, multiple PARKS, and the GOTHIC THEATRE and SWEDISH HOSPITAL/CRAIG. STR PERMIT NUMBER : STR-R2026-019 The space Included in your stay is my shared kitchen - complete with dishes, cookware, stove, Keurig, dishwasher and utensils. There’s a personal mini fridge and microwave in your room as well. Please let me know if there’s anything else you need while here. Guest access Located on the property is a unique, private side porch - complete with propane fire pit, Outdoor TV, and patio furniture. 🔥 great for a working table or smoke space (420 friendly) . Your key will be able to access the side porch anytime. During your stay I am around most the day as I work from home in my studio. I am always ready to make new friends and am available for directions, or recommendations. I try to be as hospitable as I can, if you like privacy, you will receive it :) Other things to note You will get a key with your stay for entry 24/7, as well as a fan, extra blanket, extra bathroom supplies, USB port access, multiple plug in access, Smart TV w/ Roku, mini fridge, and anything else you may need.
