We kept a rustic feel throughout the property from knotty pine bed frames to wilderness animal decors. We maintained a cozy mindset for this home for both our human and pet guests; making sure even our furry guests have their own bed and dishes. Its the perfect home away from home in the woods. Your furry family members are welcome and will even have a squishy over-sized bed of their own! -Master Suite with a rustic king bed, Smart TV and walk-in closet. DVD's, board & dice games as well as playing cards are stored in the TV stand of the master suite. -The moose themed queen room with a knotty pine plush queen bed, glass sliding door with access to large backyard. -Three knotty pine twin beds, (one is a trundle bed to make 3 total). -Knotty pine four poster QUEEN bed with memory foam mattress and cozy linens. -Pack n’ play and queen air mattress also kept on site. You'll receive the comforts of home with a starter supply of soaps, paper products as well as towels and linens for the whole group. Drive straight to the rental and access the house with a unique lock code. Help is available 24 hours a day. 4 bedrooms, maximum occupancy of 8 people ages 6 and up - guests 5 years old and under are excluded from occupancy total. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am and are strictly enforced by the County of El Dorado and the Host. Occupancy is limited to maximum occupancy during quiet hours. Other things to note The home is a tri-level. The master, master bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath are located upstairs.
