Beachfront guesthouse on Redondo Beach. Detached studio unit, sweeping views of puget sound and Redondo Beach. Direct access to no bank, private sandy beach. Enjoy the views from the comfy queen sized bed or living area with 2 couches and a flat screen tv. The kitchen bar is perfect to enjoy a meal or glass of wine. Sit on the deck and take in the view Private Redondo Beach, 20 minutes (10 miles south) from SeaTac airport, 20 minutes from downtown Tacoma, 30 minutes from downtown Seattle. The space Wi-fi and flat screen tv with all the channels (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, YouTubetv, etc). Large Kitchen has toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate, small fridge and large freezer, counter seating with 2 bar stools. 2 dressers and armoire provide ample space for clothing! Plenty of towels. Parking for 2 cars * This is a very quiet and private detached unit, daylight basement with fantastic views! Above is a garage. Guest access * Guests have a private entrance with key code lock which allows for easy check in at anytime. The guest house is located down a short 35 ft trail. Guests will have access to the beach down a set of stairs and a trail. When the tide is out, you can walk for miles south down the quiet beach or go north on the lighted boardwalk. Other things to note We have a black and white husky dog "Queso", He may be in the yard below or in his fenced off area. 2 fluffy orange cats roam the property. No pets ever go in the studio.
