This is an older, shabby chic Folly Beach house! The apartment is on the top floor above the famous Chico Feo Restaurant. With a massive deck overlooking the ocean, what else could you ever want? The space This space is great due to its proximity to downtown. Only a block to the beach, and a block to the main drag. This place is not for everyone however, this is above a restaurant/bar with music. Live music stops around 9:00 while the house music finishes around 1:30.. Other things to note May not be the best child friendly choice. Please note: this is a very old building and you may see a southern bug or two. This being said, the place is sprayed regularly.
