1BR Gated King Condo w/Private Beach Access & Pool

Beautiful, 1 Bedroom Condo in Gated Beach Club Community! Partial water view from a Private Balcony! This 1st floor end unit is located right next to a ramp for easy access! Upgraded, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters! Huge King-size bed, Sleeper Sofa, and Bunk beds for the Kids! Roku TV! Keyless entry lock! Community also features a newly updated pool, tennis courts & private beach access on Tybee's North End! Walk, bike, or ride to shopping and dining! The space We love our little condo and have tried our best to provide all the comforts of home! This unit is located on the first floor of Building A, inside Savannah Beach & Racquet Club. You are about 200 steps away from the pool and 400 steps away from the beach! Unlike most other 1 bedroom units here, ours has been renovated to accommodate a large King Size bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 built-in Captain's bunk beds! The Captain's bunks are a little slimmer than a twin size. If you're planning on using the bunks, please make sure you're comfortable with the tight space and height. There is a safety rail on the top bunk, but it may not be suitable for young children. The total size of the condo is 500 sqft & features one bedroom, one full bathroom, & open floorplan kitchen, dining & living area. Please check out my photos to get a better idea of the layout! The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, kitchen tools, 2 coffee pots (both regular & Keurig), microwave, toaster, cookie sheet, baking pans, dishes, drinkware & silverware. There is also a cooking range stove/oven and full-sized fridge. The fridge doesn't have an ice maker, so you might want to get a bag of ice on your way in. Our unit also doesn't have a dishwasher, but we do provide dishwashing supplies. You'll find the pantry stocked with a few useful staples- I love to cook so if you do too, feel free to use what you need and leave behind what you don't! There is also a dining table with seating for 4 . The bathroom features a single sink and tub/shower combo. We provide 2 starter rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer & luxury hotel-style towels! The living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa that can accommodate two adults. The living room also features a Roku smart tv, a few books, and some board games (just in case of a rainy day!). We provide HD cable and high-speed, 150mps internet! Feel free to stream content using your own personal accounts (Netflix, disney+, etc- no paid streaming subscriptions are provided). The sliding door in the living room leads to the covered balcony, which has a small patio set for hanging out and enjoying the salt air! At the front of the building, you'll find a picnic area with a picnic table and a grill, As well as bike and kayak storage. There is not a washer & dryer inside the condo unit but there is a coin-operated laundry room on the same floor. Guest access Guests have access to the community pool & kiddie pool, private beach access, and tennis courts. There is a boardwalk from the pool area that leads to the beach with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet and equipment. **Please note there are stairs you must go down to access the beach. If you can't use stairs you will need to access the beach from outside of the community.** The pool is open 9:00 am-9:00 pm, 7 days a week. The pool is open year-round but is not heated. There is a coin-operated laundry facility on the same floor as the condo. You can wash a load for about $3. There isn't a coin machine, however, so if you think you may need to do laundry make sure to bring some quarters! I don't provide laundry detergent so don't forget to pick some up if you need to. As previously mentioned, there is a picnic area outside of the building. Across from the picnic area, is the bike and kayak storage. You are welcome to use any available space during your stay! Other things to note **BEFORE YOU BOOK- some things to note: Please review Airbnb’s Covid related issues cancellation policy. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. No refunds will be given if your stay is interrupted by Covid related issues of any kind. Travel at your own risk. All guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If you are planning on arriving earlier than 3 p.m. on your check-in day, please let me know. Occasionally I can accommodate early check-ins if the cleaning schedule allows! Guests who check-in early without prior approval will be subject to a $50 fee. To ensure you have a happy stay, PLEASE READ HOA POLICY & TYBEE BEACH LAWS: 1. Max occupancy is 4 people, regardless of guest's age, including infants and children. This is mandated by our HOA and the City of Tybee. 2. Only one car is allowed per condo (trust me, I don't like it either). Please inquire with me before booking if you have more than 4 guests or are planning on arriving in more than one vehicle so we can discuss other arrangements for your extra vehicle. Golf carts, trailers and boats are also not allowed inside of the condo gates. A parking pass must be displayed on your dash at all times while inside the condo gates. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing and/or ticketing by the city of Tybee. 3. NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed in the unit. This includes Vaping as well. If you are a vaper/smoker please message me before booking, as this property may not be the best option for you. Please refrain from smoking in the hallways as a courtesy to other guests. Smoking inside the condo or on the condo balcony will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. **Tybee City Council recently voted to ban all types of smoking on Tybee Beaches to include cigarettes AND all types of Vaping. This Ban goes into effect on June 1st, 2022. Police will issue citations for violators. 4. NO PETS are allowed on the property or inside the units at any time. 5. No guests other than those listed on the reservation are allowed inside the condo gates at any time. All amenities including pool & beach access are for registered guests ONLY. No parties or events of any kind shall be permitted. 6. Please observe Quiet Hours between 9:00 pm- 7:00 am 7 days a week. As all units are individually owned and operated, we have no control over other guests behavior. Please report any loud noise or disturbances to us ASAP and we will do our best to address it immediately! Guests found to violate any of the HOA rules shall have their reservation canceled immediately with no refund. ****City of Tybee Beach Rules: No glass, no fires/fireworks, no cars/motor vehicles, no pets, no smoking of any kind on the beach, including vapes. Do not walk on the sand dunes.
