Two private gated parking spots with plenty of public park parking are readily available. You can’t miss the famous iconic Belmont Amusement Park, located in the heart of Mission Beach. Besides the incredible roller coaster, there are many other rides and games perfect for a day of family fun. You can also find various different restaurants and bars for everyone to enjoy. You can easily rent fun ways of getting around like bikes and scooters. Or if you’re into getting into the water, you’re in luck! You can take the family for a whale watching tour, deep sea fishing trip, or maybe even try some sailing. Not only do you have direct walkout access to the beach from the home, but the beautiful Mission Bay also only steps away to the east. Whether you’re at the bay or beach you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and many other fun water sports for a day out in the sun. The home is In a perfect location being only 3 minutes from the famous Sea World Park for you and your family to enjoy. If you’re interested in exploring San Diego a little more in depth, you can check out San Diego’s downtown where the Gaslamp quarter which thrives tons of nightlife. We are lucky to be almost next door to Sea World and it’s a must see with its new rides and its location is within 3 minutes drive of the home. Age and Noise Requirement... Booking requirement for this home is 25 years of age. ID will be required at check in and guests that book will be not refunded money if they are under the age of 25. The neighborhood around the home is very quiet from 10 pm to 6 am there is an ordinance that requires all guests to be inside if their voices can be heard within 50 feet. All guests must adhere to the local ordinance. No parties and loud music/people will be tolerated. Any violation of this rule could result in removal and eviction from the home without refund. Please be aware of this rule. Guest access The guests have access to the entire condo unit. Other things to note I have been remodeling the home gradually for the last year with the newest addition being $20,000 sliding/folding door. New furniture in kitchen, family rooms, patio and new rugs. A brand new front door along with all new beds,mattresses, sheets, towels, and comforters. A new Hunter Douglas remote shading system for views has been installed as of March 2019. All new AC units will be installed before July 2019 which will be one of few homes at beach with AC! I take a lot of pride in my home and it is much better than 99% of home rentals at the beach. Myself and my own family stay here often and I will continue to improve and remodel.
