You can’t get any closer to the world-class skiing at Snowbird & Alta without staying at the ski resort itself. In a 20-minute drive, you can also reach downtown SLC. Whether you’re here for the skiing, a conference or anything else, this home can accommodate your group, large or small. The space This modernized home is perfectly situated for a comfortable stay and can easily accommodate a larger group. The main floor boasts a large living area with an enormous couch so everyone in your group can relax together. Modern decor and a large TV accompany the space to help your stay be more comfortable. The kitchen is well-lit and equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The space is newly renovated with quartz countertops, modern cabinets and beautiful flooring. A large table seats eight and a sliding door leads to a backyard deck. The master bedroom is on the main floor and includes a private bathroom. Plus, it's furnished with a king-size bed, large TV, dresser and nightstands to help fulfill your needs while staying at our home. The bathroom has a modern touch with vessel sinks and a custom-made wood vanity that you'll be sure to love. The second bedroom, located on the main floor, with a queen bed. Plenty of closet space is available. In addition, there is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on the main floor to make your stay that much better. In addition to the upstairs, the lower level of Modern Mountainside Retreat has so much to offer. With a second kitchen and family room, three more bedrooms and another full bathroom, there is plenty of space to accommodate your group, large or small. The second kitchen is fully featured with a range, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, washing machine, dryer and great cabinet space. There is a breakfast nook with bar stools for snacking or eating meals. The downstairs family room is set up with another large TV and sectional couch. A door off of the family room leads to the backyard, which gives you easy access to the hot tub that sits under the deck with hanging lights to give a warm, charming vibe. Lastly, the three bedrooms downstairs offer king size bed, queen bed, 2 king beds and a twin with ample closet space to fulfill your clothing needs. The home is set up with high-speed wifi and cable TV. If you prefer Netflix or YouTube, you can also cast your own content to any of the three large TVs from any smartphone. Damage to the home is handled through Airbnb's resolution centre and AirCover. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and the garage for parking and storage of ski and other gear.
