Guest access The whole lower half of my home with private entry is your's to enjoy, the billiard room and laundry are for the host and my guests to enjoy. I can close the barn doors to the billiard room for a few hours of personal use and you can keep your privacy. I also offer free, simple pool lessons if you like. Let's have a beer and play a little. Other things to note The initial price is for the first guest, each additional is $10 per night, I will ask you to adjust the fee if you ignore this while registering. This is because Airbnb shoppers are price sensitive and there are extra costs when more people stay. Finally I'm licensed by my municipality and they require accurate guest counts.
