Plus enjoy the reassurance of your own, sanitized, full house rental. The space Sleeps 6 in 3 separate bedrooms, with 2 baths, a great common living area and full kitchen. We have some earplugs in each room in case you are a light sleeper. The master bedroom gets little noise. If you require dead silence to sleep, this is probably not the ideal house for you. But, see what our guests have said- few find it to be an issue. In fact some have said that if you are from 'the city' you’ll take comfort in urban sounds and will feel at home! The property is non-smoking, inside and out. No partying allowed. Noise monitoring in place. Guest access Guests reserve the entire house. Three bedrooms with queen-sized beds and two bathrooms, living/dining area with flat screen and Roku, fully outfitted and spacious kitchen with coffee maker and microwave, one dedicated off street parking space, and a washer/dryer. The house does not have an outdoor patio or space for lounging. Most our guests are happy to be comfortable inside when they are 'home,' and visit nearby restaurants, coffee shops, bars or parks for their outdoor needs when in NOLA. You will receive your own door code prior to arrival. Other things to note Prior to our acquisition of this house, an East Coast couple had it listed on AirBNB for several years when they were not in town. Though we freshened up the look outside, it otherwise is the same great place that has 59 additional "5 star" ratings on AirBNB over the prior few years before our ownership. Below are some comments from past guests about their stay here: March 2018 - "We came for the Irish Channel parade, and this was the PERFECT location, just blocks from the route on Magazine Street. This house was full of really great New Orleans touches and local art. It was the perfect size for our group of six. The grocery store is close by for breakfast and snacks, and there’s a really great brewery right across the street. The house was well stocked with extra linens, condiments, toiletries, everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!" March 2018: "This place was perfect for our group! We attended a wedding nearby, and it was wonderful to be able to walk not only to the venue but also to Magazine Street shops, bars and restaurants, and two great breweries on Tchoupitoulas (one right across the street). The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The place felt spacious and comfortable even with six adult guests. One of our favorite AirBnBs ever!" January 2018: "Wonderful place for five people - we had plenty of space and enjoyed the location immensely! From the easy walk home from a late night of music at Tipitina's to the morning stroll to La Boulangerie and yoga, a perfect spot from which to explore the city! " January 2018: "This house is amazing! Such a great space and location for an awesome weekend!" December 2017: "We had a great time. It’s close to a lot of fun stuff on Magazine Street and Tipitina’s is just up the block. The house was clean and well decorated. The front rooms do get a quite a bit of road noise, but they thoughtfully provided ear plugs and [white] noise machines in the room. All in all, a great stay!" October 2017: "It was our first time in NOLA and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Within walking distance of bars, breweries, and great restaurants. Will definitely be inquiring about another stay next time we're in the area." October 2017: "We had a wonderful family vacation this past week! The house is so charming. It was clean and spacious. Located in a great area. Walking distance to breweries and shops. The noise from traffic wasn’t bothersome. After being out and about all day, we slept heavily as soon as our heads hit the pillow. Beds were comfy! I highly recommend this home and would stay here in the future." October 2017: "I was in town for a wedding with my husband and another couple and we all agreed that this was the best Airbnb we had all stayed in! I couldn't recommend the house more. Both the bathroom and the kitchen are so well stocked that you likely will not need to buy anything to supplement your stay.... the cookware is great (not the usual $2 crap most places have), and the bedding and towels are high quality. I loved the funky aesthetic and the electronic entry is great and you don't need to worry about losing keys. The only slight downside would be the bathroom locations, but it's totally manageable. The larger bathroom is located off a bedroom and the smaller is located just off the entry and there is no A/C in the smaller bathroom. We stayed in the other two bedrooms and mostly used the larger bathroom as we are all hot-blooded New Yorkers, so can't deal without A/C! Other than that, it was perfect.... If you are in NOLA, you should definitely stay here!" May 2017: "Amazing place. Clean, comfortable and modern. Large sized bed rooms with vaulted ceilings. Central AC. Stocked with clean linens and fresh towels. Spacious and airy. Things to do: Explore Uptown and Magazine Street, house is directly across a new brewery - Port Orleans - great spot. Easy to Lyft anywhere. We went to Maple Leaf for an amazing set, ordered pizza from Reginelli's, ate locally and easily walked to the Lower Garden District. We didn't find the house noisy, but we all live in Brooklyn so street noise doesn't bother us much. The Roku was great for lazing around in the AM along with the record player and selection of records. Highly recommend this location if you're visiting NOLA. Our stay was perfect."
