Multiple decks, a private forest and landscape lighting make an ideal setting. The space There is bed space for 16 (12 adults + 4 children), a large kitchen, 4 car garage parking. Other features include high speed 400mb WiFi throughout, 5 smart TVs with Apple TVs, 70+ video library, Sonos speaker system (allows you to stream your own music), 3 wood burning fireplaces, BBQ, heated spa, office with computer and printer, Jacuzzi Tub, 6 bicycles, and snow sleds. Your guests will sleep in 5 bedrooms (one is the kid's room with bunk, trundle and single beds sleeps 7), 2 single beds in the loft, plus 2 pull-out couches. Guest access Aside from a couple of locked closets for housekeeping and owner's belongings, you'll have access to the entire house. Self-check in with signed acknowledgement of City of Big Bear's Good Neighbor Policies. PARKING: There are two driveways and two garages. Park up to 5 cars onsite. In snowy conditions, the upper driveway, being steep, gets icy and very slippery. When icy, we recommend only one car be parked on the upper driveway and parked at the bottom. The lower driveway is flat and also has a 2 car garage, thus accommodating 4 cars in summer or winter. 110 Outlets in both garages for overnight e-car charging. There is no street parking permitted per city ordinance. Please note, I contract annually with a local snowplowing service to remove snow from the driveways. Other things to note The responsible booking person must be at least 21 years of age. City License #: VRR-2025-0689. The City of Big Bear Lake requires that all booking parties review, and sign a 2 page "Good Neighbor" brochure which also collects name, address and phone number. Note: Spring time in the mountains brings an unusual uptick in mouse activity. While we take proactive mitigation measures, such as glue traps and electronic deterrent devices, it is possible our guests may have an indoor mouse siting during their stay.
