But you can't see it from my house.Being close to Salt Water State Park 1mile and nearby Redondo Beach 2.2 miles . Our neighborhood is also a private community beachfront and so we ask that all guests are to be accompanied with their hosts if they choose to access the beach and trailhead. Guest access Guests have access to the patio, kitchen, bathroom, living room (relaxation space), and laundry facilities (for a fee of $10) located near the guest entrance.The back yard, side yard, and front yard are private areas, so guests are not allowed to enter. Other things to note * When it's discovered that any AirBNB guest has broken a house rule they will be asked to check-out, and a refund will not be given. Do not use incense, candles, tobacco,marijuana,drug or anything else that ignites in the property. Please refrain from disinfecting with vinegar as it will leave an odor. For your safety and mine. Please clean up after using the kitchen ,bathroom,toilet and keep the smoke low by keeping the range fan on while frying as it easily ventilates upstairs.
