Tucked inside the condo's front door for easy access/egress; large suite with queen-sized bed, bath with walk-in shower, balcony; lovely natural light; and a screen of trees in front. A great neighborhood for walks. Minutes from Lake Michigan, Hyde Park restaurants, UChicago, Obama Center, Jackson Park, museums, bike trails & a 15-min ride on express transit to downtown. Divvy bikes nearby. We have 2 sweet dogs and a lovely, aloof cat. Our home is on the 3rd floor. No elevator -- heart-healthy. The space Large south-facing master suite, overlooking a row of honey locusts, has a walk-in shower and its own balcony. The suite is just inside the front door of this lovely condo, providing easy and private access and egress. We offer wifi, HDTV with cable, central air conditioning, a desk, 2 bed trays, ironing board & iron and hair dryer. Guest access In addition to the suite and attached balcony, guests have access to the kitchen in the morning (only) for breakfast (coffee or tea, homemade banana bread) and filtered water and ice. They may use the dining room table for eating and use either the dining room or living room to work on a laptop, write or read, but the balcony is the best space! Other things to note This is a wonderful neighborhood for walking or touring with a Divvy bike. We're very close to Lake Michigan and the bike path, Hyde Park restaurants and shops, museums and the University of Chicago. Also close to express buses and the electric train that go to downtown Chicago -- 2 and 3 short blocks away, respectively. In a low-density area like this, street parking is plentiful.
