Does not get more centrally located then this. 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the brand new Lido village area which consists of all new really cute restaurants and plenty of shops! Also there is where you can rent paddle boards or any type of boat you please. 3 parking spots (2 spots if over sized vehicles). The space Our place is the 2nd house from the ocean(upper unit). Literally a 3 second walk to the beach. The space is fully furnished and equipped and not cluttered in any way. It does not have any of the owner's personal property, clothes, food, etc. The space is intended for the sole use of the guest. Located on the 2nd floor. Guest access You will have total access to your unit and all of the exterior including the coin-op washer & dry and the 3 parking spaces (2 spots if over sized vehicles). Other things to note 3 parking spaces available (2 spots if over sized vehicles) and coin-op washer & dryer available as well. We are a pet friendly rental, though there will be a $75 per pet fee.
