A SHORE THING! Steps From Beach! FREE Golf Cart!

Fantastic 4 Bedroom house in quiet beach neighborhood! This is one of the few Single Family Homes in the Community and boasts 2170 square feet featuring 2 huge wrap around porches, additional large separate deck and plenty of space to relax. Two private beach entrances are only steps away! We are only a few hundred yards from the famous Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grille, and all the amenities in the North Tybee area! We welcome guests with the booking person at least 25 years old or up. The space The home is on 3 levels with the bottom garage/storage and the top 2 floors living areas. We have made several updates over the years so the home is turn key for guests including well stocked kitchen comfy beds, plenty of linens and much more! We have an elevator that accesses all levels which is great to haul groceries or luggage up to the second lor third level. or to use in the event someone has special mobility needs. We ask that children not use the elevator without an adult present. Elevator entrance is 32" wide. Included is a cart for carrying umbrellas/chairs/towels to the beach. Please be sure to clean it out for the next guest when you leave. We have also included a few beach chairs and umbrella for your beach enjoyment. In April 2024, we purchased a brand new 2024 Evolution Classic Plus 4 seater Golf Cart for use by guests only. The Cart is available free of charge to guests and with no hassle at it's right on property! In addition to the fun and ease of getting around the Island, the golf cart comes with an Island wide parking pass so free parking! Guest access the entire home is accessible to guests including a garage for 1 car. There are two beach accesses in the neighborhood. (see aerial map in photos) Other things to note We have a pack and play for little ones. We do not provide linens for the pack and play. This is a very family friendly area with the private beach and quiet neighborhood. Families routinely give us top marks!
