My house is cozy and clean with all brand new furnishings in a nice, quiet neighborhood of St. Paul which is in walkable distance to breakfast, bars, & restaurants including the famous Grand and Summit Avenues. The house has some unique features like a 9' shuffleboard table, board games, a Blue Tooth speaker & a smart TV so you can access your own Netflix or Hulu. Very close to the airport and sports venues. Grocery and liquor stores are walking distance away. The space My goal is for your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. One of the best things about the house is that there are several different sitting areas to hang out, whether watching Netflix, playing some shuffleboard or just relaxing with the beverage of your choice. You will find a Keurig in the kitchen with coffee supplied for you as well as an iron, hair dryer and laundry available if you need it. Bikes will be available from May-October along with outdoor patio furniture and a corn hole set for backyard fun. Due to the coronavirus pandemic our cleaning service is going above and beyond our already high standards, being sure that anything that is commonly touched is thoroughly disinfected between visits... light switches, door knobs and handles, all surfaces, remotes...pretty much everything.
