We have just completely remodeled our home and built this gorgeous Carriage House! Every detail has been thoughtfully planned for your next stay with us. Comfortable & stylish Bungalow bursting with charm. Southern inspired airy interiors: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7 ), 2 bathrooms, loft with queen sleeper sofa & ample off street parking, one mile from historic downtown Franklin. Close to shops, restaurants, and all the happenings around town & pickle ball courts! No smoking or vaping on property! The space The space: We have worked hard to make this space non- allergenic and welcoming for ALL our amazing guests to enjoy and be comfortable in. For this reason, we have a very strict NO SMOKING or VAPING anywhere on our entire property rule. For this same reason, NO pets are allowed in the home or on the property. -The interior is filled with all cotton, luxurious bed linens, cotton Turkish towels throughout, cozy bathrobes, comfortable furniture, a full kitchen for holiday gatherings or your everyday stay, beautiful rugs, and fun artwork everywhere you look. This classic home is open and airy, yet sleek and stylish with all the modern touches and some fun boutique finds too! -We've provided enough coffee to get your stay off to a good start as well as an assortment of herbal teas. -Your Battlefield Bungalow is situated down one of Franklin's most desirable avenues. -Parking is in your own private driveway and accommodates up to two vehicles. (Our family and guests at the main house “308 Everbright” park all vehicles in the front of the main home. ) -Morning coffees are best shared on the wrap around lanai listening to birds and enjoying the sunshine. -We provide a large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience along with organic soaps for laundry and throughout the home. -We also have two pickle ball paddles and balls for your use while here! -For our guests traveling for work; we have a desk for you setup in the loft along with WiFi. -Guests do not have access to turning on the gas fireplace. -Guest Access: All guests receive a code to access the house key and can check in on their own. -Trash and Recycling are the only shared things between our two homes. -Interaction with guests: We are here for you! Just let us know if there is anything you need. We would love to have the opportunity to meet and chat, but we respect your privacy and want you to make yourselves at home. We pray your stay here will restore your soul, and give you a space to think, dream, create or just be still and recharge in the midst of experiencing all that Franklin and Nashville have to offer! Guest access -Guests have access to the entire home at 310 Everbright Avenue, aside from one locked managers closet in the main bedroom. -You (our guests at 310 Everbright Avenue) have complete use of the driveway, parking spaces at your front door, your front yard and wrap-around lanai. -Our family and guests at the main house (308 Everbright Avenue) park all cars up in front of the main house along the street and use the main homes’ front yard. Other things to note -We have just added a brand new propane BBQ along with all the tools needed to master the grill! -Gas fireplace inside is non-operational. -We also own another home which is located Nextdoor to this home and has its own parking and front yard space. -Both homes are stand alone and completely separate from each other with the same house and property rules. -Both homes share the same trash and recycling bins, but nothing else. -Feel free to inquire about renting both homes at one time if available! -There is an extra guest fee per guest over 6. -Guests MUST include each person who will be on the property at any time in the guest count.
