Nestled in a quiet, walkable neighborhood just south of Sedona's hustle and bustle, this bright and peaceful condo is within a short walking distance of the stunning Bell Rock, which boasts miles of scenic trails. The bath has a shower tub combo. Stocked kitchen, drip coffee maker and coffee provided. Open style living space with dining, seating and a streaming TV. Free laundry facility and EV charging station. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo, as well as the pool (May-Oct) the shared BBQ area, and the shared laundry facility from 4 pm on their check-in date until 10 am on their check-out date. Check-in via keypad. There is an EV charging station in the parking lot of the adjacent building. Other things to note House Rules: Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. No exceptions. There is a pool on the premises. The pool is open from May 1, through October 31. Pack N Play and Highchair are provided. We do not accept mail at this address. No Pets! No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
