Guest access Guest have access to the property at 4 pm on the date of their check in. Other things to note Pool is seasonal. Hot tub is year round. Golf needs to be made by appointment through Canyon Mesa golf club. House Rules: Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. No exceptions. No Pets! Pack N Play and Highchair located in unit. We do not accept mail at this address. No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
