Within walking distance to historic Franklin Theatre, Public Square, downtown shopping district, restaurants, etc. This historic 1930s home is now a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath retreat in the middle of the Best Small Town in America. Locally owned an operated by Franklin natives! The space The entrance room, or "formal" living room, welcomes you with custom features like the antique Egyptian sliding doors and fine art. Step through the sliding doors in to the Master Bedroom, with King bed and luxury linens. The main bath is just across the hall from the side door of this room. Adjacent to the front entrance room is a second bedroom with a Queen bed and en suite full bath. Down the hall, you're led to the large addition featuring a brand new kitchen and living space, plus an additional bedroom with another Queen Bed. Both spaces open directly on to the outdoor private patio with gas grill. Custom and local art fills the home, some of which is available for purchase as a souvenir of your time in our special small town! 30 minutes to Nashville and an easy Uber/Lyft ride. OR jump on the local Trolley for a ride to The Factory at Franklin, Cool Springs Galleria, and other nearby spots! Guest access Guests have access to the full private home. Other things to note We have stocked the kitchen well with plenty of serving pieces, cook/bakeware, utensils, etc. You will find both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee pot in the pantry, along with some starter Keurig pods, coffee filters, creamers and sweeteners. But never fear, coffee is always near! Starbucks, Frothy Monkey, Merridee’s and several breakfast spots are all within walking distance. We provide starter packs of travel size toiletries, toilet paper and a roll of paper towels. Shipt and InstaCart deliver if needed, and Kroger is a short drive down Hwy 96.
