This home does not have air conditioning. This home cannot host more than 6 adults, 7 all together if children ages 5 and under are included; this applies 24/7. As you arrive, you'll first notice the home's impressive size, barnwood garage doors, custom front door, and big picture windows. The great room features an open-concept design with high vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and a seating area surrounding the gas fireplace. The stunning, fully updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space. Dining table seats 6, and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools. The primary bedroom upstairs has a king bed, twin daybed for a child, a seating area, and a small desk. The ensuite master bath features dual vanity, large walk-in shower, and modern clawfoot tub. Two bedrooms downstairs each have a queen bed and share a full bath with a shower/tub combo. The lower level has a bonus living area with a sectional sofa, comfy chair, large HDTV, and board games. The fenced backyard features a ski lift chair, an outdoor bar with 4 bar stools, a loveseat, 2 chairs, and a coffee table. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home are 4, with 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Pets of any kind are never allowed in the home. - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
