My home is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, Assembly, Senate Garage, Tubby's, UPAC, Saturday farmer's market, Trailways station (12 min), galleries, historic landmarks, views of the Catskills. Relaxed ambiance, neighborhood, and walking distance locations are all bonuses. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers. Bike, ski, and kayak rentals are available in town. Walking distance to Rondout waterfront. Ample street parking. The space This room is 17x18 with a counter-height working space, fridge, hotpot, tv with Roku, and wireless internet. Views of back yard with gardens. During your stay I am either on the premises or a text message away. Always happy and available to answer any questions about your stay as well as activities and attractions in the area. Other things to note Must climb stairs - Rooms are on the 2nd floor. Pet(s) live on property - I have 1 indoor/outdoor cat and a mini-schnauzer/poodle. Some spaces are shared, including the bathroom, as I have one additional guest room.
