The space Mariners Cay is a private gated community with a clubhouse, a very large pool, tennis courts and a private owners dock great for fishing and crabbing for fun. A short walk or bike ride across the Folly bridge will take you to town and the beach. .7 mile to beachfront. Downtown historic Charleston is a 10 mile drive from Mariners Cay, Folly Beach, SC. The unobstructed amazing views from our beautifully decorated screened in porch are breathtaking and it's a wonderful place to watch the dolphins and sailboats go by. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo, pool & tennis courts. Owners dock for fishing/crabbing.
