Our place is located in very quiet and safe neighborhood, just a few minutes away from LasVegas Blvd (The Strip), Int. Airport, Rental Car Terminal, LV South Premium Outlet, Town Square Mall and many greats restaurant. It has easy access to the freeway I-15 & I-215. Please read below all listing description and house rules. The space Totally updated, very clean and comfortable with private entrance. The dog is staying in a small portioned fenced area in our backyard. Please rest assured that this area is not accessible to guests and will not in any way disturb your stay. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to reach out. *** Please note that the garage on the property is not available for guest use, as it is designated for storage. We reserve the right to access the garage for maintenance or other purposes as needed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. The premises are privately owned, and the owners disclaim any responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the property or its facilities. By confirming this reservation, all guests explicitly acknowledge the potential risks associated with their use of the premises. The residence is under constant surveillance with 24-hour security cameras. No parties or events are allowed, and any violation of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. The property is designated for vacation, recreational, or corporate purposes exclusively. Under no circumstances are events or parties permitted. The specified occupancy limit in your reservation must not be exceeded, whether additional guests stay overnight or not. Visitors and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Regarding noise, the use of speakers is not allowed. Strict quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is restricted to the backyard and outside the patio. Dispose of cigarette butts in the provided trash receptacle, not on the ground. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house, and a $500 deep cleaning fee will be applied for violations. PET FEE IS $125 PER PET Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the house, monitored by security cameras. One additional vehicle may be parked curbside within the property boundaries. The host is not liable for property damage, loss, or theft of personal belongings or injuries to guests. Guests are responsible for any damage or breakage, and are expected to leave the premises in good condition. Permission for entry is granted to the management for the purpose of inspecting and repairing the premises, including checking air conditioning/heating units and maintaining the specified temperature. There is no garage or garage access. Any violation of house rules will result in a $500 fee and termination of the reservation without a refund.
