Shared among our four neighboring Dreammaker villas, this outdoor space is being transformed into a peaceful garden retreat featuring: - Beautiful desert-friendly landscaping - Butterfly- and hummingbird-friendly plants - A relaxing waterfall feature - Inviting green spaces to enjoy the outdoors **Please note:** The backyard is shared among guests of our four villas, while your private patio and its amenities remain exclusively yours. The shared backyard is temporarily closed for renovations, currently scheduled for completion November 12, 2026. A little adventure, a lot of personality, and all the comforts of home — your Sedona getaway starts here! Guest access Guests enjoy the entire house, front deck, front yard and 2 car garage. The only shared space is the backyard shared with our our 3 sister properties. Other things to note Due to our linen cleaning practice of washing & disinfecting every single linen in the house with each turnover, please notify management if you require the use of the pull out couch so that we may provide sheets, pillows & blankets. Our housekeepers will be spending significant amounts of time disinfecting & have a minimum of 6 loads of laundry without adding extras. We allow up to 2 pets, management pre-approval required please message us. Pet fee 1 pet $75 2 pets $125
