Please note that there are 30+ steps from the main road down to the house. Inside, the home features a narrow, steep spiral staircase, and the path to the beach also involves a steep descent. While many guests love the unique setting and ocean access, families with toddlers, guests with mobility concerns may find these areas challenging. We encourage you to review the photos and description carefully to ensure the home is the right fit for your group. 🔨 Construction Notice — Neighboring home reconstruction may cause daytime noise • Hot Tub: Please be advised that the hot tub has been removed and is no longer available for guest use. About the Reservation 📅 Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. 🏠 Extended Stays — Stays longer than 29 days require a double cleaning fee, tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm. 🐾 Pet is not allowed — This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
