There is parking for 2 cars. Nestled in a serene, forested neighborhood, this chalet offers a picturesque retreat. The open-concept living space features an electric fireplace, ceiling-to-floor windows, and modern eco-friendly design. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed. Upstairs, two twin beds in the loft. The downstairs full bath has a single sink, shower, and tub. The remodeled kitchen features a French door fridge with bottom freezer, electric stovetop, and dishwasher. This home does not have air conditioning. Driveway will be plowed, but expect snow and ice. Parking backwards creates the best traction. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, and any damage caused by dog(s). NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in living areas and outside in a privacy-compliant way to protect you from noise complaints. This home may have security cameras to ensure parking compliance. No video security devices are permitted inside the home. No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside). The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay. - The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced. - The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2, there is no street parking. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges). - Pets: 1 dog up to 35 lbs are allowed in this home with pre-approval and payment of pet fee (no other pets/animals allowed in the home). Dogs must never be allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the home. Bring a crate if you plan to leave the dog unattended. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture/beds, pet stains, dog droppings that are not picked up, and any damage caused by your dog. - Your price quote includes the cost of local taxes. - Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000. - No Bachelor/Bachelorette parties - IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
