Welcome to "Grammy's house" on Grand Canal. Step out your front door and take a house kayak or paddle board for a spin. If you walk out the back door, you're a few feet away from Balboa's main avenue with restaurants, shops, and most importantly, Dad's frozen banana stand. If you want to go farther, take the beach cruisers in the garage around the island or to Newport on the Balboa Ferry. Better yet, settle in and relax on the porch overlooking the water. Welcome to Balboa! The space The house comfortably sleeps six and includes: - Three bedrooms and two bathrooms - Patio and grill overlooking the water. - A private doc with kayaks and paddleboards - Fully equipped kitchen - Beach towels and gear - Full washer and dryer - Two car garage with an additional parking spot behind the house. Please no pets without prior approval! Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, dock, and sports equipment!
