Come relax and unwind at your 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home away from home. Located in Oahu's second city of Kapolei which is just 10 minutes from Waikele outlets, the prestigious Ko'olina Lagoons and Disney's Aulani Resort. With Costco, Target, restraunts, and Ka Makana Ali'i mall right down the road, this home has everything you need to enjoy your Hawaiian get away. The space Welcome to our home! Please enjoy our home and treat it as you would want someone to treat your home! Also, there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES and only registered guest (up to 8) are allowed on the premises. Our home is monitored by ring cameras and if we see that you are in breach of this contract, you will be asked to leave without a refund of unused nights. No shoes and slippers are allowed in the house as well. Now that we have a few house rules out of the way we can let you know what our home offers. Our home has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs, and a half bathroom down stairs. Master bedroom Queen size bed Tri fold futon in master closet with extra blankets, sheets and pillows. Bedroom 2 Queen size bed Bedroom 3 Two single mattresses If you have more people than 6, someone can use the tri fold mattress, air mattress or there is an option to sleep on the couch if they choose. -Air mattress and pump in upstairs hallway closet Downstairs Half Bathroom has a stackable washer and dryer. Kitchen: Dining table that seats 6 people. *If you need to extend the dining table, please let me know! Microwave Coffee Maker Blender Dishwasher Refrigerator Pots Pans Rice cooker 3 cup Stocked utensils Instant pot *There is no grill on the premises, but there are 3 located at the MAC center where the pool is. It is a first come first serve, so please be mindful when using it. *If something is broken or not working, please let me know and i will try to get a replacement ASAP! (If you have a request for something specific, please feel free to contact us and I will do my best to provide it!) *Please remember there are NO PARTIES allowed, and only guest that are on the reservation are allowed at the home, NO EXCEPTIONS. Thank you for understanding. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house, except the downstairs closets and the garage. Please do not park in front of garage. You may use the one carport parking stall, and additional cars will have to park on the street. Thank you! Other things to note - No PARTIES OR EXTRA PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED GUEST (8 limit) Our home is monitored by ring cameras. If caught, that would be a breach of contract and you would be asked to leave without being reimbursed for the nights unused. If we find out after the trip has concluded, an extra $20 per person that stayed will be charged. - NO SHOES OR OTHER OUT DOOR FOOTWEAR ALLOWED IN HOME. -Washer and dryer in home -a couple washer pods are available because I ask you to start a load of laundry before you leave. If you need more, it will be guest responsibility. -Trash bags: One in each trash can will be provided for each trash can. Kitchen bags will be available under the sink. If they run out, it is the guest responsibility to get more. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE. You can smoke on either side of the house, but please be mindful of the neighbors. NO PETS Quiet Hours are between 10pm-8am Checkout Procedure includes: 1) Starting a load of towels with detergent provided by the host. 2) Taking all trash to the dumpster 3) Loading all dirty dishes into the dish washer and starting it before you leave. Pods will be provided by the host.
