With a heated pool that stays open year-round, a hot tub for winding down, and space inside and out for the whole group, it’s designed for comfortable stays close to Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Outdoor living The backyard is where this home really shines. The private pool is heated and open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so a swim is on the table any time of year. A private hot tub offers a quieter way to relax once the day winds down, and the patio, complete with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill, gives you a place to cook, eat, and gather outside. It’s an easy setup for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full evening cookout. Indoor comfort Inside, central air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable no matter the season. A TV with Roku is available for movie nights or catching up on shows after a day out. Families traveling with little ones will find a pack ‘n play and high chair ready to go, and laundry is simple with a free in-unit washer and dryer. Fresh bed linens and extra pillows and blankets are provided throughout. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals, not just reheating takeout. You’ll find a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a blender. A dining table makes it easy to sit down together indoors, or carry plates out to the patio for a meal outside. Sleeping arrangements Four bedrooms with 8 beds total sleep up to 10 guests, giving larger families and multi-generational groups enough room to spread out while still sharing common space. Each bed comes made up with fresh linens, and extra pillows and blankets are on hand for anyone who needs them. Safety and access Self check-in is available through a smart lock, so arrival is simple regardless of what time you land. Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and pool area, and the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher for peace of mind throughout your stay. Getting around and getting settled Free parking is available on the property, and a private entrance means you come and go without passing through shared spaces. Pet-friendly accommodations are available for a fee of $25 per night, and beach gear can be requested, subject to availability. Premium strollers, including single, double, and double-with-triple-attachment options, are also available to rent separately for families who want extra convenience getting around. Just a short distance from Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center, this home gives you a comfortable home base with the pool, patio, and kitchen space to make downtime between park days just as enjoyable as the main event. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 3 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 minivans, 1 standard). Must not encroach unto sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 10 guests total including infants (7 adults max). There is a 3 night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
